Sophie Sullivan
Co-Founder and Creative Auditor
Sophie is an award-winning brand identity and website designer. She established Sophie Amelia Designs a decade ago, and has been improving user journeys and website performance with excellent design ever since.
Sophie and her husband (Stickler Co-Founder) John have two beautiful boys together. Elijah and Toby are officially their best creations yet!
John Sullivan
Co-Founder, Part-Time Lumberjack, Decision Maker
John is an engineer, a process-minded decision maker and proud family man. He’s on hand to ensure our ShowIt Designers have the very best experience of working with Stickler.
When he’s not working, John spends his spare time fixing things and helping people in his local community.
Lucy Baker
Audit Manager
Lucy is a qualified, experienced teacher and an all-round talented woman. She worked in education for 13 years before changing careers to create more time for her family.
Lucy brings her meticulous approach, high attention to detail and varied skills to every Stickler project. Outside of work, you’ll find Lucy reading, socialising and enjoying the beautiful Dorset countryside with her family and friends.
